No.14 (Villa Gina™) was built as part of the Heron Court development of 28 units in 2005.
Villa Gina™ is located in a gated community secured by passcode operated electronic gates.
Upon entering the villa you will be presented with an open plan living space consisting of an indoor dining area, kitchen and lounge.
Outside through the patio doors you will discover a further dining and lounge area together with the plunge pool, deck and landscaped garden area.
The master bedroom is located on the lower level of the property and is equipped with an en suite bathroom. The lower level of the property also has a separate washroom.
The two further bedrooms are located on the upper level. The bedrooms share a bathroom on this level. The upper level also pays homage to a fully equipped laundry room (with an additional fridge-freezer).
All bedrooms and the open plan living area are fully air conditioned. Each bedroom has generous storage space and a walk-in wardrobe.
In addition to your booking fee, an additional amount (10% of the booking fee) will be collected for the Barbados mandatory stay tax.
