Warm and welcoming, our house is in an exclusive golf course, one of the most beautiful in Italy. in a fenced green area and protected by a guardian. It was repainted inside in February 2019. It consists of a living room with fireplace, open kitchen and a heated veranda with a dining table overlooking the delightful garden. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a mansard bedroom with a bed, another with two single beds and a bathroom with a corner bath. Going down the spiral stairs, in the basement you find the master bedroom and another large shower. The kitchenette with fridge, hotplates, microwave and small oven is supplied with everything and pasta, rice, oil, salt, etc. are at guests' disposal. In the garden you will find a table, umbrella, hammock and deck chairs to relax and enjoy the quiet and the landscape.
In the village you will find the bar, the club house restaurant overlooking the 18 holes, the golf course and the swimming pool (for a fee), a tennis court and 5-a-side football pitch.
The villa is near the Malpensa airport. A few kilometers away you will find Lake Maggiore, Arona (20 minutes by car), with its shops and restaurants by the lake, Angera, with the Borromea fortress, Ranco (30 minutes). Do not miss Stresa and the Borromean Islands, the enchanting Orta San Giulio, the Mottarone and Santa Caterina del Sasso. Milan is only 60 km (50 minutes by motorway). To drive the car is necessary.
