The Space:
The estate comprises three separate villas, each with unique features. Villa il Vigneto, the main residence, is a historic tower transformed into an elegant villa with seven double bedrooms, luxurious marble bathrooms, multiple halls, a spa, and two outdoor pools, including a heated 450-square-meter pool. Villa nel Verde offers four beautifully furnished bedrooms, five bathrooms, an indoor spa, an outdoor pool, and both indoor and outdoor kitchens with a stunning panoramic terrace. Villa Giardino boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen, a TV room, large terraces with an outdoor kitchen, and a 16-by-7-meter pool overlooking a scenic 500-square-meter lawn. Each villa has its own parking area and private walking path leading to the nearby village.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to their reserved villa, including private gardens, swimming pools, terraces, and all indoor amenities. The estate is designed for both privacy and convenience, with each villa offering independent living spaces while still being part of the larger property. The pools are available seasonally, and indoor spa facilities provide year-round relaxation.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the renowned Chianti countryside, the estate offers a picturesque setting surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and historic Tuscan landscapes. Panzano, located less than a kilometer away, provides easy access to local shops, restaurants, and traditional Italian markets. Nearby towns include Greve in Chianti, Impruneta, and Siena, each offering rich cultural and culinary experiences.
Getting Around:
The estate is 46 km from Florence Airport and 38 km from Florence’s central train and bus station. The location is ideal for exploring Tuscany by car, with private parking available on-site. Panzano is within walking distance, while nearby towns such as Siena, Greve in Chianti, and Impruneta are easily reachable by car.
Other Things to Note:
The estate is available for rental as a whole or as individual villas, making it a flexible option for groups of varying sizes. The outdoor pools are heated from May to October, with pool heating outside this period available at an additional cost. The estate provides daily maid service, midweek bath linen changes, towel changes every other day, and final cleaning. Wi-Fi and utilities are included in the rental price. The pool is not guaranteed to be open from October to May.
