ABOUT THE PROPERTY
First the outdoors, where you will be able to enjoy:
- A 10mx4m swimming pool, that can be secured by quickly installing a net around it.
- Sun-bathing lounge chairs, a large patio dining table and an outdoor electric griddle, so you can enjoy some al-fresco time with the whole family or with friends.
- A Southern orientation, so you won't lose any sun time.
- All this surrounding a stylish villa overlooking the hills of Opio, enchanted by the sound of songbirds in the morning.
Then inside the villa, three levels of living space feature the following amenities:
On the upper floor, the “night time” area includes:
- A first bedroom with AC, a double bed and dressing.
- A second bedroom with AC too, two single beds and a dressing.
- A bathroom that includes a stone shower and a tub.
- Separate toilets complete this level floor plan.
On the main ground floor, the “day time” space:
- A spacious living room with a lounge area (sofa, fireplace…)
- A dining area that can accommodate 10 people.
- A well-equipped open-floor kitchen.
- A third bedroom with a king size bed (180cm), AC, and its private bathroom with shower and tub, and separate toilets.
On the lower lever, a mixed-use floor:
- An entertainment room with TV, 2 sofas, a DVD player and a BOSE sound system.
- A fourth bedroom with bunk beds. (without AC)
- A game room with many board games to chose from.
- A large office/study, just in case you do need to work…
- An independent apartment with lounge/dining area, equipped open kitchen, bedroom with double bed and private shower room, and separate toilets. (Without AC)
HOW TO GET TO THE PROPERTY
By car:
Nice Côte d’Azur Airport: 35 minutes away.
A8 coastal highway: 20 minutes away.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Departures must be before 11 am and arrivals after 4 pm (we may allow later check-outs or earlier check-in depending on availability, please do not hesitate to contact us).
An extra charge of 35 Euros is required for arrivals after 8 pm. Arrivals after midnight can be made via a key lock-box located at our office at 85 Avenue Maréchal Juin in Cannes.
WHAT'S IN THE AREA
The fine-sand beaches of Antibes, Golfe-Juan or Juan-Les-Pins: within 25 to 30 minutes by car.
Other noteworthy points of interest include:
- Cannes (30/35 minutes), to discover the iconic Croisette seafront.
- Cagnes-sur-Mer (30/35 minutes), if horse races are tempting you.
- Nice (40/45 minutes), to take a stroll along its iconic green axis park “Coulée Verte”.
- Monaco (50/55 minutes), with its breathtaking architecture clinging to the rocky hillside.
