The villa is situated in Le Tignet, in the beautiful Côte d'Azur at the foothills of the Alps in peaceful surroundings overviewing the Val de Siagne, just 8 kilometers from the Lac de Saint Cassien (with beautiful recreation areas, swimming and watersports), 25 km from the fashionable beaches of Cannes, Juan les Pins and Antibes and only 35 km from the marina in Mandelieu and the more secluded bays and beaches of Theoule-sur-Mer. All amenities (supermarket, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy) are within 1-3 km (car mandatory). Grasse, considered the world capital of perfume, can be reached in a 10 minutes’ drive while the airport and city of Nice in less than 40 minutes. World class golf courses (St Donat, Royal Mougin, Terre Blanche, Grand Bastide, Cannes Country Club) are in less than 20 km distance. Tennis, paragliding, sailing, rafting, horse-riding, hiking and skiing are among the many sporting opportunities in the immediate vicinity., while the perched picturesque villages of Cabris, Callian, Montauroux, Seillans will provide you the real flavor of the Provence with narrow streets, art galleries and numerous restaurants.
The house:
Stylish rustically-contemporary furnishing, air-conditioning in the living-dining area and all bedrooms. WiFi, satellite flat-screen TV, DVD and open fireplace. Double bed-sofa in living room (160 cm) sleeps two. Separate, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso) separate utility room with washing machine. Master bedroom (large-size double bed 160 cm), bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet on ground floor. On upper floor two bedrooms (one with large-size 160 cm double bed and the second with one bunk-bed and one single bed) and bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Baby bed and high-chair available. Linens and towels are provided.
Terrace and garden:
The southern exposure of the large terrace will guarantee all day sun and stunning views of the hills and forests in the Val de Tignet. Breakfast or dinner on the terrace will be unforgettable. Outside barbecue available. The garden is landscaped with Mediterranean plants, flowers and olive trees offering different quiet resting areas. There is even a playground for children. The beautiful pool is alarm-secured and has a sun deck with 6 loungers. The pool is maintained and cleaned regularly by a professional. There is sufficient parking area on the fenced property (electric gate) for 3-4 cars.
