Villa Moraira Mi Sueno is an impressive big villa enjoying of a modern style decoration and a convenient location in Benissa coast, only 1 Min. drive or a couple of Min. walking distance from the beautiful secluded cove ? Cala Advocat? together with a beach bar. Due to the elevated position, sit back and relax while absorbing the beautiful views over the Mediterranean landscape in this calm and peaceful area. 10 Min. drive separate us from the famous coast town of Moraira where we will also find a large variety of restaurants, bars and shops together with an unrivaled sand beach where we can enjoy different water activities like scuba diving or jet ski and kayak renting.
By the drive, we find parking for a total of 2 small cars or a large one. There are steps leading us down to the middle floor, further exterior stairs lead down to a spacious terrace with a beautiful stylish garden and a private swimming pool, surrounded by a wall of cypresses, offering a pleasant degree of privacy. With sun beds and outside furniture, various sun patios and a very spacious covered terrace space right next to the pool is found with an outdoor dining area and a BBQ.
Villa Moraira Mi Sueno is a three-storey holiday home with the second and third floor connected with internal stairs while the first one is accessible from the outside only. The entire villa is equipped with an alarm system and a safe. From the drive, we flow towards the second floor where a conservatory/lounge area with a cozy living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD welcomes us.
We follow to a fitted kitchen and one twin bedroom with its own shower room. From this floor we get a direct access towards a spacious balcony/terrace overlooking the pool area and providing us with charming views. Spiral stairs lead up to another twin bedroom with shower room and a double bedroom with an En-Suite shower. By the pool area, a small apartment with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a shower room. All the bedrooms have A/C units and all the villa has central heating for the cooler months.
