The house is located on the small-scale holiday park Scalde Oort. Here, you can find the beautiful North Sea beach and a large woody area on a walking distance. You can also enjoy lovely hikes and picknicks with your family in this great environment. Due to the large amount of cycling routes and other active facilities that can easily be reached from Scalde Oort, there is plenty to do for a varied public. The neighbouring villages with restaurants and shops make sure that the hustle and bustle is always nearby!

The living room with open kitchen is cosily decorated and the house is very bright due to the large windows. The kitchen is fully-equipped. You can directly enter the beautiful terrace through the sliding doors near the dining area. Furthermore, the ground floor feature a double bedroom and a modern bathroom with toilet. The ground level is doorstep-free and doors are extra wide which is very convenient for immobile and/or disabled people that depend on a walker or wheelchair. The first level features three bedrooms and another bathroom with toilet. One of the bedrooms upstairs has an extra long double bed (2,2m). All other beds are sized 2,1m.

The fully enclosed garden offers plenty of room for a nice badminton game with the children or a ballgame with your beloved dog. The house has two terraces where you can relax in the lounge or share great dinners at the garden table. There is also a bike shed where you can easily store 3 to 4 bikes. Two cars can be parked at the property.
