The 2006 built finca is located in the direction of Arta about 3 minutes from San Llorenc on a 7000 sqm plot planted with oleanders, palm trees and olives, citrus and fig trees. (The plot is mostly natural). You can enjoy the tranquility of this area on the large lawn and the terraces. From the upper terrace it is possible to look towards San Lllorenc, Arta, the mountains and the sea (distant sea view).
There is also a 9 x 4 m outdoor pool (depth: 0.9 - 1.5 m, please take care of small children!), a gas grill, loungers and enough seating available.
