The main house has 3 bedrooms and 4 baths, the auxiliary house is independent of the principal house and was reconditioned with a pool, cabins and a bathroom to accommodate 8 people. In addition, the wet area has another bathroom and shower.

A cozy Villa in front of the dam and surrounded by a natural and paradisiacal green atmosphere. Close to the two villages of Guatape and Peñol. Access is very easy because it's less than 100 meters from the main highway so you can get in any type of vehicle. The property is in a private condominium with 8 AM to 8 PM goal.

Other things to note
Access by the main thoroughfare or by the lake, it has a dock for embarking and disembarking.
IMPORTANT: we are in drought season and the Guatape dam has lowered its water level (see photos). Additional water cuts are being made between 10 PM to 5 AM due to water shortage. Please consider bathing or using the bathroom before this time (10 PM).
