Small coastal village of the Var with its supervised beach 100 m from the house, 3 min from the pradet all shops and services, 15 min from the harbor of Toulon, 15 min from Hyeres, 30 min for the pier from the islands of Porquerolles and 1 h de st tropez. if you are a fan of cars and racing we simulate 40 minutes from the circuit du castellet by the motorway. seaside cottage-style house with large terrace, breathtaking view of the sea and the small marina; the house consists of 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom, 1 with a double bed, 1 with a bunk bed plus a drawer bed), a bathroom with separate wc; a living room dining area, a kitchnette opening onto a covered shed-style space with its sink and a worktop near the barbecue. there is also a living room with tv which can be used in poor weather or in the off season which can accommodate up to 7 people around the large table. In the dining room there is the tv, as well as a small lounge where there is a sofa bed (possibility of 2 bed sheets for the sofa bed not included) knowing that for the other beds the bed linen and towels are included in the nightly rate. The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
