Villa La Mauresque will be rented during summertime only with the bungalow "Maison des Pêcheurs"(Home Away number 9087897) or the bungalow will be not used. Reason for this is the use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi but also the use of trampoline, ping pong, swings, hammocks, petanque etc.).
Villa and bungalow are totally renovated in 2019. All walls are isolated, but there is also airconditioning, new beds and mattrasses, full kitchen equipment, new tableware etc.

Villa La Mauresque and Maison des Pêcheurs are within walking distance of the glittering blue sea and the delightful outdoor bars and cafés of the Côte d’Azur. As all of the accommodations are located on the same site, there are endless options for bringing a large family group, a group with several families, or to hire a single accommodation for a smaller group or couple. In July and August it will be rented only for one group (max. 24 pers.).

The private heated (and covered) swimming pool in the garden and the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea gives enough options for cooling down on hot days. The insulated villa walls and roof, combined with air conditioning, make the villa a very pleasant venue at night too. The living room, kitchen and connecting bedroom also have underfloor heating.

Home sweet home
With 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 16 guests can comfortably enjoy this beautiful holiday accommodation. The swimming pool in the garden, the various roof terraces and patios with sea views, the location just 300 metres from the beach, the delightful beach cafés and restaurants and the town of Juan les Pins for shopping, culture or a coffee around the corner, makes this holiday home a great place to stay without the need of a car. Guests are free to go off for the day, or to simply relax in the shade on a patio or in the garden. All equipment is of high quality. There are also four (maybe 8) bicycles available.

Upon arrival you drive under a locked gate, you arrive at a partly green courtyard and you see an old beautiful fence. If you drive through this electric fence, you will arrive in an oasis-like environment where all peace and safety will be offered!
Villa La Mauresque are Maison des Pêcheurs are on a flat site measuring a good thousand square metres located between Antibes and Cannes and at walking distance from the Mediterranean Sea. You have 2 options to achieve this, via a walk tunnel to the public beach (3 minutes) or via a tunnel to the beach with beach restaurants and sun beds (4 minutes).
The airport of Nice, which has many flights daily, is just 17 kilometres (10 miles) away. Juan Les Pins train station is within walking distance from the property. Maison des Pêcheurs is a spacious bungalow that we lovingly refer to as the fisherman’s cottage. The bungalow was fully restored and redecorated in 2019. Surrounded by a large garden, there’s plenty of sun - or shade - available. In addition, a beautiful pine tree on the property even provides natural cooling without the need for air conditioning. Inside, the insulated walls and roof ensure the temperature is always pleasant. The living room, kitchen and connecting bedroom also have underfloor heating.

The accommodation, which measures approximately 100 m2, has 5 bedrooms and can sleep 10 guests. The house is fitted with every modern convenience, so you have the option to do some ‘home’ cooking for your group if you wish. Would you rather eat out? The town of Juan les Pins has many restaurants and bars and is just a 5-minute walk away. Guests are free to go wherever they like, both during the day and in the evening, because the short distances mean that a car is simply not necessary.
