Favorably placed in a calm area of Maenam Beach about 2km from the sea, and surrounded with a tropical garden and coconut groves. The two-level villa with total living space of 130 sq.m has two en-suite bedrooms on the top floor, each bedroom with a large double bed. 1 extra bed (+ a child cot if needed) can be added per bedroom.
Both bedrooms have balconies with a lounge zone for relaxation. Downstairs is a spacious living room adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen.
The complex features a gorgeous 14x8m swimming pool and well-kept lush tropical garden with a sala. Free WiFi is available throughout the residence.

The Neighborhood
Maenam Beach is the third most populated beach of Koh Samui, after Chaweng and Lamai. It is often considered a family beach, unlike Chaweng which on the contrary is mostly dedicated to partying. The infrastructure in Maenam is well-developed, there is an abundance of restaurants and minimarts, however busy nightlife is scarce. The beach is wonderful, hidden under continuous palm grove providing generous shade. The sand is yellow, grainy, and very soft. Sea depth makes it possible to swim without a problem even in low tide. Big waves are very seldom in Maenam. Beach vendors are rare, also there is few water sports & music from bars can be heard only seldom. Therefore holiday makers can enjoy an undisturbed rest most of time they spend at the beach.
Getting Around
For your convenience of moving around the island, we offer cars and motorbikes for rent. There is a free parking lot right at the gate of the complex. We also provide a free one way transfer from Samui Airport or Ferry terminals.
