Brierdene is situated in a relatively quiet area of Salcombe, and just a short walk to the town. The harbour is very close by, whilst the beautiful beaches can be accessed via a small passenger ferry that runs from the town. Three bedrooms sleeping six: master bedroom with King-size bed, bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three has two single beds. The property features a cosy sitting room, recently refurbished kitchen, and dining area with fireplace and wood-burning stove. To the rear of the property is a terrace with steps leading up to a raised decking area and beyond to an area of sloping lawn. Brierdene is ideal for two couples or a family looking to explore this beautiful area.

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
