Villa Romantica is an original house and externally, with its stone masonry and the large rectangular infinity pool heated with salted water of 24 meters - 6 of which are covered - and the large and luxurious green garden of 5 lands, but also internally, with the ceilings of the wooden beams and the terracotta floors that goes well with the elegant furniture.

The dwelling can accommodate groups and families that can easily coexist in the large common spaces, both indoors and outdoors, overlooking a wonderful panorama that can be enjoyed at any time of day or night.

All the rooms are incredibly romantic and are served by shaded terraces, en suite bathrooms and equipped with all comforts. The various terraces present also serve to have lunch and dinner quietly outside.

Villa Romantica has three rooms all to be experienced: the first with a living room - kitchen, mezzanine, dormeuse to enjoy moments of absolute relaxation or in company, bedroom and bathroom. Another room, a ground floor, a living room with a sofa and armchairs, table and chairs, a fireplace, a kitchen and two bedrooms as well as two bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi. The last room, also on the ground floor, is also equipped with a dining room and space with sofas and armchairs. Thanks to a comfortable staircase leads to the first floor where there are fireplace, kitchen, bedrooms with private bathrooms.

The swimming pool, open all year, can be heated on pure demand in winter. There is also a barbecue area and a pool table and a car park with three seats not covered. The structure also has a garage. Finally, guests can pick fruit and vegetables from the small vegetable garden.
