THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF VILLA MONTANA

A wonderful place to escape from the hustle and bustle of home with family or friends. This is possible in this wonderful garden with its tropical plants, trees and many terraces both at the large swimming pool (10 by 4 metres) and in the covered lounge area with lovely lounge sofas (6 people). The view from all terraces is fantastic and because of the various levels you have a different view of the valley every time, where you literally are in the middle. The villa is located on the border where the valley begins and therefore very quiet and unique. The barbecue and the large luxurious outdoor shower with cold and warm water make the outdoor life at villa Montana complete. For "small" children the pool can be closed off, which can be very safe. There are 6 sun beds, parasols and two 6-person dining tables on the terraces. On private property there is also space for three cars under a canopy. So cool you can take the cars to the beautiful beaches that Oliva is rich.

THE INTERIOR OF VILLA MONTANA

The two floors make this villa a unique holiday home. The villa is fresh and cosily decorated by the owner. The living room has a spacious seating area, TV (including international channels), DVD player and cozy fireplace. Adjacent is a spacious dining room with a dining table for 6 persons and a cupboard full of toys and fun games for young and old. The half-open kitchen is very complete and includes a fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, food processor (Thermomix), air fryer, kettle, juicer and toaster. Through a corridor you reach the 2 bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet. And here are the two double bedrooms with both a double bed and plenty of closet space. Besides the central air conditioning, both bedrooms have an extra fan. The villa is fully equipped with central air conditioning and heating. Via a staircase from the outside terrace you reach the entrance, with its beautiful covered terrace with dining area and sun beds, you walk straight here into the downstairs flat. This also attractive, completely furnished flat has a lovely spacious sitting area, cosy dining table both for 4 persons, TV (including international channels) and a completely furnished open kitchen. The bedroom has a large double bed and the flat has a spacious bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The flat also has a washing machine and is equipped with air conditioning in the living room.

THE SURROUNDINGS OF VILLA MONTANA

It is very worthwhile to get acquainted with the Spanish town Oliva. Oliva is about 2 km drive from your holiday villa and the beaches of Oliva are great, you can walk for miles and enjoy the Mediterranean Sea. The beautiful town of Denia with its many shops and restaurants is about 20 minutes by car and from here you can take the boat to Ibiza and Mallorca, among others. Gandia is about 15 minutes from your holiday home and has many restaurants, museums and other cultural attractions. Golfers will find the Oliva Nova Golf Club a short distance away.
