OUTSIDE: The house has a furnished veranda, a large sunny terrace with stunning views of the countryside, a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a large built-in barbecue and pizza oven. Among the citrus groves of the garden there is a relaxing oval swimming pool (4x8).

INTERIOR: The house is about 70 square meters, at P. T we have a large living room / kitchen (satellite TV, HI-FI, air conditioning hot / cold) / (oven, microwave, dishwasher) with sofa bed 2 places, 1 large bathroom (toilet, bidet, shower, washing machine) and two accesses on the outside. Upstairs (attic, open staircase) is the master bedroom with hot / cold air conditioning, single bedroom and access to the outdoor terrace. Simple but complete and functional furniture, newly built house.

Very quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. There are other houses but quite distant from one another.
VILLA ANTONINO is just a few minutes drive from the sea immersed in a picturesque setting between hills and olive groves.
Here you can admire the typical Sicilian sea with crystal clear water and immense beaches thanks to the recent construction of a wooden walkway along the entire beach accessible even in the evening.
The area has a small marina where you can rent rubber boats and water scooters to fully enjoy the emotions that the sea offers us.
Nearby there are also small uncontaminated beaches (called Solette) with flora and fauna characteristic of the area.
The tourist area is equipped with mini-market, tobacconists, pizzerias / restaurants and pubs in the evening as well as a beautiful promenade with a characteristic walk of recent construction.
A few minutes from Porto Palo you can visit the cities of Sciacca, Agrigento, Selinunte, Trapani and is well connected with all the most sought-after tourist areas in Sicily.
Do not miss the visit to the wineries of the area and the trip to the temples of Selinunte and the Scala dei Turchi.
