Description
Enjoying a quiet location, but only minutes from the marina, Villa Calida is in a super spot with wonderful sea views. The decor is simple and chic, with tiled floors, modern artwork and sculptural pieces throughout. The split level ground floor is largely open plan – there's a great sitting room with two distinct lounge areas, one with flat-screen satellite television and one slightly more formal; just the place to meet for drinks before dinner. You'll love the uninterrupted views from here – out over the pool, to the sea beyond.
The kitchen has dark wood fully-fitted units and all the appliances you'll need. There's a dining table and chairs just here, with room for eight people, and double glass doors leading out to the terrace. On the ground floor too is a guest WC and shower room, as well as the first of the bedrooms; a small bunk room, perfect for children.
The first floor houses the main sleeping accommodation; there are four double bedrooms including the master bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms. The master is separated slightly from the others and is accessed via a terrace; it's of a generous size and has its own private balcony.
Outside you'll love the views from the terrace – enjoy a glass of something cold while you cook on the grill here at the outdoor kitchen, overlooking the infinity edge swimming pool. The villa has great outdoor entertaining space too; there's a dining table and chairs to seat ten, as well as a separate lounge area with sofas. So dine al fresco and make the most of the weather, be it sheltering from the sun under the covered terrace, or enjoying the cooler evenings once the sun has gone down. The pool has exceptional views out across the sea – have a swim here before breakfast on the terrace, what better way to feel like you've really switched off from it all.

#### Location
Villa Calida is in Port Andratx, a picturesque setting located around 5km from Andratx town. Locally it is thought to be one of the loveliest harbours in the Mediterranean – a chic port town, it has a great choice of restaurants to suit everyone while also continuing to be aworking fishing port. Enjoy sitting outside one of the local cafes, watching the comings and goings of the marina. There are two beaches here, but they're pretty small. There are larger beaches nearby plus excursions, luxury spas and golf courses – so something to suit everyone. Palma is only a twenty minute drive away – a beautiful city, with masses of culture, a thriving arts scene and stunning buildings at every turn.
