Description

This part of a two-family house is located in a residential area at the entrance of Marina di Ragusa. It was built on the American model, with a global fencing of the block and a shared driveway. The holiday home is divided on three levels: On the ground floor there is a large kitchen (about 55 m²) with a large window overlooking the garden, three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a small veranda (one with sea view and the other with a view of the countryside). On the second floor is a single room of about 25 m² (with mansard roof) with a double sofa bed and a single bed and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor large veranda of about 40 m², of which a part is covered. At your disposal is also a barbecue area with sink. Practical outside shower, ideal when you come back from the sea. Marina di Ragusa lies in the context of the Iblea beaches, which are characterized by fine sand and crystal clear waters. The tourist resort offers many beaches, bars and restaurants as well as a majestic marina. In addition to swimming and nightlife, Marina di Ragusa is strategically located to visit Ibleo-Baroque sites such as Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli and Comiso, which are within 20 km.
