The closest free beach is the one towards the tip, but there are other stretches of unequipped beach also among the establishments. The promenade is a pleasant walk in the shade of the pine trees, also ideal for bikes. The marina is a 15-minute walk away and offers a small bathing establishment as well as boutiques, bars and restaurants, a meeting point especially in the evening. You can go to a match of tennis 3 km away. The villa has a private terrace where you can spend time with friends chit-chatting. The electric heating will keep you warm indoors. There is a parking facility available. Pisa Airport is 135 km away.
