Guests can relax in the dining room with drinking water fountain that provides cool mineral water and no soda. Bedrooms with bathrooms are located on all the three floors. The annex to the main building has a hot tub (for 12 people), sauna, Turkish bathroom, fitness equipment and relaxation room, massage room and locker rooms with shower and toilet. Swimming pool is located below the main house, which is filled with sulphurous thermal water from our own source and is heated in cooler seasons. Children can paddle around in separate children's pool. Enjoy wide view of the picturesque Tiber Valley from the house. This home is ideal for larger groups and families for relaxation and enjoyment. Visit the medieval town of Sansepolcro located in Nu with its fascinating museums, shops and good restaurants. A huge farmers market congregates here every Tuesday. The nearby towns of Città di Castello (15 km) and Anghiari (10 km) as well as the cities of Arezzo (45 km) and Perugia (70 km, also with direct train) are worth a visit.
