THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF VILLA LES FONTS
From the villa you walk up the large sun terrace via a staircase from where you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Montgo mountain near Javea. That is a wonderful start to the day. Around the beautiful swimming pool (10x5 meters) you will find 6 sunbeds, various seats and a number of umbrellas. If it is really too hot, you can jump into the pool for a refreshing dip or cool off under the outdoor shower.
In this villa you really enjoy the outdoors and the many beautiful plants that surround the villa. The entire surface of the villa and the land around it is 840m so you have a lot of space. In the evening a popular place is the sitting area with table and chairs under the pergola. Here you sit comfortably sheltered and you can enjoy each other's company for hours and all the nice food that have just been prepared on the large barbecue. Behind the gate that can be closed, there is ample parking space and a garage.
THE INTERIOR OF VILLA LES FONTS
When you enter Villa Les Fonts you immediately feel the warmth and atmosphere that the villa radiates. The Dutch owners have applied with much love and attention southern influences in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms and these often subtle details give the villa a unique holiday feeling.
In the very spacious living room with television (with Dutch, German and English channels) and gas fireplace, there is a comfortable dining area in the conservatory from which you have a beautiful view of the pool and the surroundings. A nice place for a cup of coffee or a delicious glass of (Spanish) wine. The kitchen is fully equipped and fully equipped including fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
Two of the three luxury 2-person bedrooms have a nice king-size bed and 1 2-person bedroom has 2 single beds. All windows have fly screens. One bathroom has a bath / shower, toilet and sink. A fine pebble beach is the beach of the Cumbre del Sol. This bay is sheltered between beautiful immense rock formations. An 18-hole golf course is only a 10-minute drive away. Nice seaside resorts such as Moraira and Javea are less than 10 minutes' drive from this luxury holiday home.
