Beautiful villa with sea view and pool located near Opatija. The villa is situated on a fenced plot on a slight hill above the the tourist centre of Icici only 800m from the beautiful pebble beach. Visitors of this villa will be enchanted by a beautiful view of the sea or the Cove Bay. The fully equipped villa consists of two floors. On the first floor are the bedrooms (single, double and triple rooms) and the two bathrooms, one with shower one with bathtub. The upper floors are connected by internal and external stairs, there is the living room with kitchen and a bathroom. In the garden the guests can enjoy their time at the pool with umbrellas, deck chairs and sitting area, and a outdoor dining area perfect for dinners with family or friends. There are three parking places, and pets are allowed..
