Villa Rosal is a wonderfully spacious villa to spend an unforgettable holiday in group. Whether you want to enjoy it with family or with dear friends, there is plenty of space to socialise and yet there is also the possibility of privacy.

The house is very nicely situated in Los Ventorros, a hamlet of the beautiful Andalusian village of Comares. Close by is the unique Montes de Malaga nature reserve, and you can tell that from the magnificent views. Within walking distance of the villa are some bars/restaurants.
In the nearby village of Comares you will find more restaurants, a village supermarket, a bakery and a pharmacy. The surroundings of Villa Rosal invite you to go hiking, cycling, mountain biking or just...enjoy and relax.

Villa Rosal has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge with TV (chromecast) and wood-burning fireplace, and a semi-open kitchen. The swimming pool (7.5m x 3.5m) is fenced and surrounded by several terraces and sitting areas. There is playground equipment for children and you have 2 BBQs (1 movable gas BBQ and one fixed wood BBQ.) There is plenty of play area around the house and lots of outdoor furniture and parasols.
The bedrooms have wardrobes and reading corners. One of the bedrooms also has a large private terrace with outdoor furniture. 2 bedrooms have tv.
The lounge and kitchen both have a dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped with enough facilities for a large group. (Among others, there are 2 large refrigerators, several coffee machines and a dishwasher) Plates, cutlery, glasses, everything is sufficiently available to our guests.
The bathrooms are spacious and have day light. The downstair-bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. The other bathroom on the first floor has toilet, bidet, wash basin and jacuzzi bathtub/shower.
As we wanted to create a child-friendly house, the stairs have safety gates and the pool is fenced. Moreover, cots and high chairs are available.
For those who also want to work on their fitness while on holiday, there is a treadmill.
There is also a desk in one of the bedrooms and of course there is WIFI throughout the house.
In the garage there are 2 washing machines, which our guests are free to use. All windows are double-glazed, there are shutters and mosquito nets. All rooms have good fans and the double-glazing and shutters allow the house to be kept well fresh.
