Villa Victoria is a top - We Love Villas Spain - holiday villa with private pool, a beautiful outdoor kitchen and lots of space and privacy. The total area of the villa and garden is no less than 1200m. The beautiful palm trees provide an ultimate holiday feeling and the outdoor kitchen with table and seats is a place where you can linger for hours during balmy summer evenings.
We fell in love with this beautiful, decorated and luxurious holiday home. It is a wonderful place to relax with family or friends and enjoy your holiday in the sun.
THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF VILLA VICTORIA
The large terrace around the kidney-shaped swimming pool (8x5 meters) has various seating areas, 8 comfortable sunbeds with parasols and a magnificent view of the surroundings with the sea and the mountains in the distance. The new modern part of the villa has a lovely sheltered terrace with a large dining table, 8 chairs and a parasol.
The large garden is beautifully landscaped with various palm trees, plants and a refreshing spacious outdoor shower. Via an outside staircase you reach the roof terrace from where you have a beautiful panoramic view. The covered and complete outdoor kitchen with barbecue, refrigerator and gas stove guarantee successful long and balmy summer evenings.
The fully fenced property of Villa Victoria is closed by means of an entrance gate. This private enclosed site has space for the two cars.
THE INTERIOR OF VILLA VICTORIA
The Dutch owners have renovated Villa Victoria and converted it into an 8-person villa and gave the villa a very successful modern and fresh look. The spacious living room has a nice mix of modern elements as well as antique objects, such as the beautiful display cabinet.
The comfortable sitting area, television (including English, German and Dutch channels) and a large dining table in the bay window complete this living space. The luxury designer kitchen has all the necessary facilities such as an electric hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, juicer and toaster.
The villa has four double bedrooms, of which the master bedroom is a partial circular space with a great view through the attractive windows. The two bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink all exude that typical Spanish atmosphere. There is a separate storage room with washing machine. The living room is air-conditioned.
THE AREA SURROUNDING VILLA VICTORIA
Villa Victoria is located in the beautiful seaside town of Moraira with many good restaurants, the famous l'Ampolla beach and cozy bars. Nice seaside resorts such as Calpe, Denia and Javea are a maximum of 20 minutes’ drive. There are two golf courses within a 10-minute drive of the villa.
