Pleasant independent holiday house with private outdoor area where you can enjoy your outdoor meals. The holiday house is situated on the grounds of a rural estate in a valley of the Chianti Rufina, at 25 km only from Florence, the famous and fascinating city of art. At abt. 900 m distance with access partly by a steep and uphill dirt track you will find the common pool with a beautiful equipped sun terrace, the tavern and the barbecue area. The surrounding Tuscan landscape is characterized by the typical hills with wine yards, olive trees, green woods and cypress trees, and all this creates a idyllic frame for the accommodations on the estate. The owners have invested a lot in the property: a modern olive press, courtyard animals, horse riding and a cheese factory. The guests can taste local products such as extra virgin olive oil, preserves, cheese, salami and cold cooked meats and buy them directly on the estate. The position of the farm estate is ideal for day trips to the beautiful towns of Florence (25 km), Siena (97 km), San Gimignano (75 km) and Arezzo (72 km). All those among you who love sports may walk around the countryside, organize day trips with mountain bikes or practice horse riding. The house owners also own a manège with horse instructor and 16 horses. Upon request and payment on the spot: horse riding (possible 2 days trips), wine tasting in some wine cellars in the area of the Chianti Rufina, riding lessons and horse riding on the grounds of the estate (abt. 120 ha), cooking lessons and dinners in the tavern, where you will enjoy the typical Tuscan food.
