Description
This is a spacious villa with two separate holiday apartments. Your apartment is located on the garden side. The villa is located in the green area of Elviria, 10 km east of Marbella Center. The luxury apartments are fully furnished and fully equipped. You will find bathrobes, bath / beach towels and a hair dryer in the bathrooms and this apartment is equipped with TV with Dutch and English channels. Each apartment has its own private south-facing terrace. Enjoy the communal pool and relax at the sun beds. There is a closed parking space for the car.
The villa is 800 m from a shopping center and 1000 m from the beautiful beach of Elviria, where you will also find some nice restaurants. Elviria has one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Costa del Sol! There are also plenty of sports options such as golf and tennis, sailing, horseback riding and hiking. The distance to Malaga airport is only 45 km so that you can enjoy your holiday very quickly after arrival. Due to to reasons of tranquility, it should be quiet after 24:00.
You´ll stay in an apartment, but with the entourage of a villa!
