Holiday park Baia del Silenzio is located in Caprioli di Pisciotti, in the Cilento National Park. An area with beautiful, green, untouched nature, about 185 km south of Napels. On this coast you'll find beautiful long sandy beaches, alternated with steep rocky cliffs and caves. The popular beach resort Palinuro is 7 km away. The Baia del Silenzio holiday park is situated by a hill, right by the Tyrrhenian Sea in a stunning environment, surrounded by green hills with deciduous and coniferous forests and a rocky coast. All the ingredients for a relaxing holiday or a sports holiday are present here. The park borders on a beautiful sandy beach, part of which is exclusively for park guests. You can also use sup boards, canoes and pedalos on the supervised beach. You can even take diving lessons (for a fee). The sports facilities on the park are never ending; take a dip in the swimming pool with a panoramic view, have a go on the tennis court or play a round of basketball. Children will also have no time to get bored in the separate pool with playground or the mini club with new adventurous activities every day. If you prefer total relaxation, you are in the right place in the holistic spa centre with massage, shiatsu, beauty treatments or yoga lessons. In the evenings you can enjoy fresh fish and local specialities or a mouthwatering pizza on the restaurant's terrace with a view over the bay. Cilento National Park is one of Italy's largest national parks with an area of 180,000 hectares. In 1998 it was added to the UNESCO World Heritage list due to its unspoiled nature. An enormous range of flora and fauna, including 75 different sorts of orchids. This area is extremely attractive for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. The lovely fishing village of Palinuro (7km) is a popular holiday town due to its location by the azure sea and the beautiful beach. Around this beach resort there are lots of sea caves, some of which can be explored by boat. You can also do a snorkelling or diving trip by boat to see the underwater caves. During you stay you shouldn't forget a visit to Paestum, 65 km away. Once a thriving market town by the coast and now one of Italy's most important archaeological sites. It consists of impressive ruins of Greek temples. The ruins are located in a large area and were discovered in 1750 by coincidence during road works. The excavations here are at least as interesting as those in the much more well-known Pompeii, 160 km from the holiday park. Baia del Silenzio is the ideal destination to combine a relaxing beach holiday with culture and nature.

The chalets at the Baia del Silenzio holiday park are spread over the terraced green park. You can choose from a 4-pers. chalet (IT-84066-02) and a 5-pers. chalet (IT-81066-03). These chalets feature a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. You can therefore cook and eat on the cosy covered terrace with garden furniture. There is also a 6-pers. chalet (IT-84066-04) with two bedrooms and a living room with kitchenette, with also a covered and shaded terrace. In addition, there is a 4-pers. chalet (IT-84066-05) and a 6-pers. chalet (IT-81066-06) which is about 20 meters from the beach with a view over the sea. You park your car in a central car park.

Specifics
• The Club Sea and Sport Card must be purchased locally. This is mandatory for each guest and costs 6 euros per day per adult and 3 euros per day per child (4 to 12 years). This allows you to use the supervised beach, one parasol and two beach chairs per accommodation. In addition, it includes the use of sup boards, canoes and pedalos.
