The cottage sleeps seven people in four bedrooms which are two super king-size doubles which can be twin rooms on request, a single room and a ground floor twin. There is also a wet room and a ground floor bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. Completing the accommodation is a kitchen, utility, dining room and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, bike storage and a lawned garden with a terrace with furniture, a barbecue and a hot tub. Lawned garden and terrace with furniture, BBQ, firepit and hot tub (seats 4). Sorry, no smoking. Two well-behaved pets welcome, downstairs only. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Beach 2.5 miles. Note: Stream in grounds, children to be supervised and pets to be kept on leads at all times. Note: Eight shallow steps down to access the property. Note: 4pm check in. A stair-gate is stored in the utility room for guests to use

Coasteering, kayaking and horse riding are all available locally, and St. Agnes has a regular programme of events and gigs for all the family to enjoy. The local shops offer an interesting selection of produce, from tasty treats to one-off pieces of art as a unique souvenir of your Cornish holiday, and there is a superb range of dining choices with two Great Cornish Food Awards in 2015.
