This 4 person holiday home is made from old stone in the Tuscan countryside in Arezzo. In the centre of the well-maintained lawn is a shared swimming pool with sun loungers. Surrounded by greenery on all sides, the house offers a lot of privacy and peace. Arezzo can be reached by car or bus in 10 minutes, Cortona and Lake Trasimeno in 30 minutes, Siena in 50 minutes; by car or train, you can reach Florence and Perugia in 1 hour, Rome in 2 hours. For horse lovers, the Arezzo Equestrian Center is very close to the house. It's the new reality of equestrian sports, a meeting point for people who love the horse world. Inside the house, you have a fireplace, microwave, oven, refrigerator, WiFi and beautiful wooden furniture. The interiors have been tastefully picked to go with the Tuscan countryside location. You can find the best quality of the wine, oil, meats, and vegetables while strolling the neighbouring villages and countryside. Up to 2 pets are allowed on request.
