Can Content is a great holiday villa for people that like to be close to the resorts facilities but still have their own privacy, with views to the Aumadrava nature reserve to the rear. The outdoor area is characterised by a wonderful sky-blue pool, accessible via a set of Roman stairs and great for a cooling swim. All around it runs a beautifully renovated series of terraces, made to stand out not only by their partially covered and shaded spaces, but also thanks to their comfortable seating areas. All of the furniture is of the best quality and very modern. Even “behind” the house, there is a garden suite and right next to it a fixed barbecue, which you can use for hearty barbecue feasts and dining all together. The villa’s estate is bordered by many palm trees and greenery; this pre-planned visual obstruction ensures an appropriate level of privacy. Despite the proximity to the neighbours, you can completely relax.

Through the terrace doors, adorned with white shutters, you can access “Can Content’s” airy, relaxed living area, boasting a large sofa suite, a fully-equipped multimedia system including flat screen TV as well as a top-quality glass-top dining table and plenty of places to sit. Right next to it lies the beautiful kitchen with a chic appearance: clear edges with lots of white and natural colours shades meet cottage charm and light-coloured wood. In addition, there’s enough spaces for all the produce that you buy in Alcúdia or at the weekly market. In total, the holiday home has two classically furnished double rooms and one twin room. The two bathrooms are equally as bright and friendly in character as the rest of the villa – the larger of the two even has a spacious bathtub for a nice bit of peace and quiet.

The lively town of Alcúdia in the north of Mallorca is worth a visit all year around. From “Can Content”, you can quickly and easily get there via the Ma-3433, which can be heard from the villa. Only 1 km inland from the famous holiday resort Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the perfect place to sample some Mallorcan culture and produce without having to stray too far from your holiday home. Once a sleepy little town, Alcúdia has gone through a positive development over the last few years, and now draws in visitors with its attractions and cultural jewels. Why not take a walk past the mediaeval houses and the impressive town hall, before discovering the so-called Casas Señorales – the majestic houses of the former nobility? Now and again you can snatch a glimpse of the large, shaded inner courtyards and you’re certain to come across the outer perimeter of the town walls now and again. You can experience the wonderful Alcúdia beach “right up close” – only a few minutes on foot separate you from its magnificent appearance. The premier 18-hole Alcanada Golf Club is to the east, about 20 minutes by car.
