Description

A charming 1800 Sicilian cottage entirely built in white stone ideal for couples.
The ambience is tastefully decorated keeping the style of the past. The cottage consists of an open plan room with kitchen and a couch to relax. On the same floor is the bathroom with shower. A small wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a lovely double bedroom. The bedroom is also accessible by an entrance that is located in the back of the cottage.
Outside you can find a large gazebo where you can dine outdoors. Equipped with wood-burning oven and laundry room.
The garden full of pomegranates and olive trees extends on several levels and is the ideal place to lie down in the sun and relax.
The pool is the element that makes the location extraordinary. Its location allows you to enjoy a breathtaking landscape immersed in nature. The wooden solarium is ideal for drinking a fresh drink at the pool.

The area
Villa Corallo is situated in the Giarratana countryside, a small village of 3000 inhabitants. Giarratana is known for the Onion Festival of August 14 and for the Feast of St. Bartholomew on August 24th. Beautiful is the open-air museum in the ancient Giarratana.
The area is ideal for trekking, mountain biking and horseback riding.
Giarratana is a few kilometers from the Baroque cities of Ragusa, Modica, Scicli and Noto.
Catania Airport is about 80 km away.
