Summary:
The villa is located in a quiet area of Fiesole, the richest municipality in Tuscany, the noblest suburb of Florence. The entire upper floor is exclusively available to our guests. The pool can be shared with other guests and is located just below the villa. The city center of Florence can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car and. The owner, who has a degree in art history, is bookable as a personal tour guide.
The Space:
You can park in front of the villa. You reach the main entrance of the villa via the garden in front of the house, which offers several seating options and beautiful views of the surrounding area. Your hostess accompanies you to the rooms on the upper floor, which is accessed through the spacious living room.
In this wing of the building there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower / bathtub, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
On the opposite side there is an independent apartment with a bedroom with double bed, living room, bathroom with shower and its own kitchen.
The offer is aimed at families as well as a group of friends with up to 8 people who appreciate the proximity to Florence as much as the quiet location and the convenience of a garden with a pool.

Our guests rent the 1st floor of the villa.
