Description

Villa Alexandros is a residence of traditional architecture, made of stone, 220m2, with a capability to accommodate up to 6 people. The owners’ good taste together with the experience and know –how of local workmen has created an outstanding place of relaxation and tranquility.
Inside the villa one feels he lives in another age, while he can enjoy all contemporary luxuries. Villa Alexandros is surrounded by large verandas, which give the visitor the opportunity to gaze into the Ionian Sea and the amazing colours of the sun setting through the verdure of pine forest.
Two artistic stairs made of stone lead to the lower level of the house, to the pool level. The pool and the BBQ room is united and located over the vineyard. The size of the pool is 50m2. In length is 10m and the width 4.5m or 5.5m as the case may be.
The depth starts from 0.9m and ends to 1.4m. there is also a whirlpool and a wading pool, 0.3m deep. It is surrounded by greenery and flowers, which together with the discreet lighting complete the colourful picture during the day and night.

Entering the villa you will find a spacious living room, which has an energy fireplace, satellite TV. The dinner table is in the same room and behind that there is a showcase with antiquities.
In the living room, as in the other rooms, the discreet lighting puts the finishing touches on the impeccably finished materials of stone, wood, iron and ceramics. In this room, the eye is directed to the visible wooden roof, which completes the romantic atmosphere.
Lithographs from old Zakynthos from Antonious Milan decorate the walls of the villa. MILANIO NAVY MUSEUM

On the ground floor there are two spacious bedrooms, 20m2 each, one right and the other on the left. Their French windows exit to flower gardens and orchards. The room facing on your right as you leave the living room and head towards the bedrooms is facing east. In this room there is a double bed, an armchair and a traditional wardrobe. The room on your left facing west has two single beds as well as a great build-in wardrobe.
Then, a wooden staircase leads to the upper level of the villa, the attic. This is a unique, cosy place, appropriate for isolation and time of relaxing. In the attic, which is an area of 40m2, there is a second, smaller living-room as well as a study room, energy fireplace and a wardrobe. It also has its own internal bathroom with a shower. In the attic there are facilities as satellite TV, air-condition and central heating, just like in the other bedrooms. A small, stone balcony of handmade iron, which faces west, completes the beauty of the attic.

The three bedrooms of the villa are served by two bathrooms and a WC. In the first level of the villa, between the two bedrooms, there is a 15m2 bathroom with a bath. Two stone arched windows let the sunlight in. Next to this bathroom there is a small WC. There you can find a washing machine, a hair-dryer, iron and ironing board. The second bathroom can be found in the attic and it has a shower and an artistic counter-sink made of stone and iron.

The kitchen communicates with the dining and living room through a dome of ceramic brick. Five brick decorated windows let the sunlight get into the room.
In the kitchen you will find all the electrical goods such as fridge, cooker, dishwasher as well as small appliances such as toaster, coffee pot, kettle, fryer and food settings.
The kitchen is made of walnut; there is also a variety of glasses for wine, water, drinks and cups of tea and coffee. Cookbooks in the kitchen give you Greek cuisine recipes.
