The lounge and dining room have large patio doors leading out to the terraces and gardens. On the upper floor are 2 further bedrooms (1 double + 1 twin) and another family shower room, the bedrooms open straight out to wide terraces providing views over the pine trees and to the sea. Eco-Tax = 2.20 € / Adult / Day (Children free up to 16 years)
Collected before arrival by credit card.

Beach/Pool towels: 7.5 €/per towel
Extra cot/crib: 45 €/week
Extra highchair: 25 €/week

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
