This holiday home is a former typical farmhouse that stands on the green hills of Marche located between Macerata and the sea. The convenient location of this house that has retained its original features is ideal for visiting the famous tourist villages in the neighbourhood, the small villages of Marche and the seaside resorts of the Adriatic Coast. Enjoy a beautiful view of Chianti Valley. The extensive, lush area (about 10,000 square metres) is well tended and the house is surrounded by a lawn. There is also a pergola in the lawn. For instance, Sferisterio Arena, a neoclassical building with opera music in summer, Buonaccorsi Palace, the historic theatre of Lauro Rossi and the streets of the historic centre. The beach resorts of Civitanova Marche are only 23 km away; Tolentino is 24 km; the airport of Ancona is 60 km away.
