Elegant independent house with dependence and pool heated by solar panels near to Spello, medieval hamlet in the North of Umbria (Perugia). It is located inside a biological farm and offers to guests the experience to live in a real rural villa tastefully furnished. The pool is heated ecologically and can be used until the end of October even by children or cold-sensitive people. At guests disposal also BBQ, wooden pizza oven to prepare bread and pizza in the beautiful garden. For adults and children's fun ping pong table, swing and table football. Available are also an oval trampoline (3 m x 4.5 m), a large hammock, 8 bicycles (6 for adults, 2 for children), water treadmill for the pool. At Spello you can also rent electric bicycles with home delivery. The owners put at guests disposal for free the organic garden products. The dependence, separated from the main building through an olive grove, offers a breathtaking view over Spello. The natural ground surrounding the villa is occupied by vineyards, olive groves and local legume cultivation, the whole organic, like the grape harvest in September and the olive harvest in October. Upon request: guided tours (English or Italian) of the organic farm. The garden and pool maintenance is made daily by the owners in times to be agreed on site.
