A very charming villa, with private beach access, a few meters from the archaeological area of Naxos and 6 km from the center of Taormina.
Refurbished in 2015, the villa enjoys a privileged location on a stretch of coastline accessible only to a very few properties overlooking the sea.
The undisputed protagonist of Villa Schisò is the light that softly permeates every corner of the house starting from the large double-height living room on the ground floor from which the other rooms of the house spread
The living space, featuring a large window overlooking the sea and a stenographic white wooden staircase leading to the upper floor, is extremely comfortable with ample sand-colored sofas, a large library, TV, stereo system and CD / DVD. player
From here we go to the dining room that stands out for its beautiful wrought iron table once used as garden furniture and wisely adapted indoors. Next to the dining room there is a well-equipped kitchen which leads to an Aeolian style terrace with dining area and barbeque. From here all the guests can enjoy a magnificent sea view while spending leisure time under the shade of a trellis covered in climbing plants
The villa has then four bedrooms including two suites with private bathroom, one double room and a single room with private bathroom for a total of 7 beds. All rooms are equipped with every comfort and finely furnished.
Outside, a beautiful garden with pool/jacuzzi and a sun terrace with direct access to the low cliffs of volcanic rock and the crystal waters of the Ionian Sea.
