Holiday home 7 km from Feltre in San Martino Valley at the door of the Dolomites Park of Belluno. The house is surrounded by a large garden (in part meadow). From here paths run up to the mountains. The house is onto 2 levels connected through a staircase. On the ground floor there are kitchen, living room with the typical “larin”, a central fireplace, and 2 bedrooms. On the first floor the other bedrooms and the bathroom. Access to the second bathroom with laundry room from the outdoor. In the garden: wooden table under the porch, BBQ, children toys, sun chairs. Wooden children small house for playing made by the owner. The countless cycling paths make the area the paradise of bikers. In summertime in Santa Croce lake (50 km) possibility for water sports: sailing, wind surfing, kite surfing. 20 km Corlo Lake, 30 km Mis lake with La Soffia falls. The area is famous for hang- gliding and paragliding on Avena mount. Winter sport lovers may choose among the ice rink in Feltre (7 km), the Avena Mount (18 km) with skiing slopes, cross- country skiing. In less than 100 km you may reach all kind of skiing slopes: Falcade/Passo san Pellegrino (66 km), the Civetta Mount (65 km) , San Martino di Castrozza/Passo Rolle (50 km), Cortina d’Ampezzo (100 km) and the glaciers of Marmolada (90 km). the house is a great starting point to visit the most famous cities of art of Veneto: Treviso (63 km), Vicenza (90 km), Venezia (100 km). also some minor sites around Belluno deserve a visit: Feltre (7 km), Mel (20 km), Agordo (50 km), Bassano del Grappa (50 km), Asolo (50 km). We suggest to taste the local products in the several restaurants of the areas. Historical brewery in Pedavena ( 5 km). 500 m unpaved access road.
