Description

The porch has a chill-out zone, with table and armchairs, so that you can relax yourself in the fresh air. In front of it, there you have a fantastic salt private pool, 7 x 3.5 m and a depth of 1 to 1.7. After a great swim, let’s enjoy getting dried in the sun on the 8 sun loungers and preparing then a tasty barbecue. And, for your greater convenience, there is an exterior toilet. The house has direct neighbours but the walls perfectly secure your privacy.

It is a two-storey house. From the pool area you can access to an impressive kitchen-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, where you can cook your favourite dishes on the ceramic hob and taste them on the big dining table. Immediately after, you gain access to the living room, equipped with air conditioning too, ideal for chatting, watching TV-SAT, a DVD film or listening to music. In the colder days, you can light the fire. On this floor, there are two dormitories, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Going upstairs, there you have the 3rd bedroom, with double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with both shower and bathtub (without hydromassage). All the bedrooms have A/C. There are also available a cot, a high chair and two radiators. The laundry provides our guests with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Alaró is a beautiful village close to the mountains, fact that permits you knowing the most authentic and natural Mallorca. In fact, we do invite you to take a hiking route to Castell de Alaró. In the center of the town, there are many basic services such as bars, restaurants and grocery stores. We totally recommend you visiting its market on Fridays, where you can acquire fresh food produced by local farmers. The nearest beach is Can Pastilla, at about 30 km.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
