This beautiful luxury "ibiza style" holiday home is located in a quiet residential area in Polop. We Love Villas Spain - Villa Miami has a large terrace around the private pool with plenty of privacy and a beautiful view towards the mountains. This villa is extremely suitable for a successful family and/or friends holiday in the Spanish sun.
THE OUTDOOR LIFE OF VILLA MIAMI
Through the large sliding doors in the living room, you walk straight onto the fully equipped terrace. The outside terrace is equipped with a large 6-person dining table and 4 comfortable sun beds are located on the terrace by the swimming pool (10x4 metres). Besides the terrace and the swimming pool there is also a piece of artificial grass to relax on and of course the outdoor shower is not missing. With a glass of Spanish sangria and a snack, you can enjoy the illuminated garden, the pool and the many atmospheric lights on the mountains and the other villas in the area in the late evening.
This is what you call the ultimate outdoor life. On top of the roof, which you reach via a sturdy staircase with armrest, is a beautiful roof terrace. Another fantastic place where you can enjoy the Spanish sun all day long on one of the sun beds. The villa is entered through a locked gate. On the private property there is place for one car.
THE INTERIOR OF VILLA MIAMI
The living room has a beautiful large corner sofa, television (including English, German and Dutch channels) and a large dining table. The living room is spacious and comfortable and light through the large sliding doors. The modern kitchen is equipped with many conveniences such as a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and juicer. The three bedrooms and the bathrooms are adjacent to the living room. The master bedroom has a double bed (200x180), a design en suite bathroom, large walk-in shower, toilet and luxury washbasin. The second and third bedrooms both have a double bed (200x150). These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and designer washbasin. The entire villa has central heating/air conditioning. The villa can be partially closed with shutters.
THE SURROUNDINGS OF VILLA MIAMI
The cosy town Benidorm with its great beach, delicious restaurants and many shops but also the town Altea with its beautiful beaches are less than 15 minutes drive from your holiday home. The old town of Altea is definitely worth a visit with its many cosy little streets and many restaurants. For the children there are great water parks (Aqualandia) and amusement parks also within short distance of this luxury holiday villa. For golf lovers, there are plenty of beautiful golf courses in the area. In short, for young and old the holiday can start here.
