Description

The villa sleeps 8-10 people in 4 double bedrooms and has stunning views of the Pagasitikos Gulf and the village of Ano Gatzea.
It also has modern amenities and a private outdoor pool.

The villa is divided into two buildings, and upon entering the main villa, guests are greeted by a stylish modern entrance hall with stunning patterned tile flooring in black, white, and mocha.
Guests will find the first of three double bedrooms and a private shower room after passing through the hallway, which is decorated in white with rich wooden floors.
The room is elegantly decorated in calming neutral colours, giving it a luxurious and contemporary feel, and it also has a two-seater sofa that converts into a double bed to accommodate two additional guests.
The staircase in the entrance hall leads to the first floor and into the living room's centre, effectively separating the living and dining/kitchen areas.
Directly opposite are double doors that lead out onto a lovely terrace with stunning tiled flooring, a table and seating for two, and stunning views of the Aegean Sea.

The first floor is extremely spacious and bright, with neutral and fresh decor in shades of white and cream.
The natural wooden flooring in the villa gives it a warm and cosy feel, especially when combined with the corner wood burner and plump deep sofa, making it ideal for both summer and winter getaways.
For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV and DVD player, as well as a radio-CD player and WiFi, as well as chunky wooden furniture in a modern style and beautiful contemporary lighting fixtures.
The entire floor is open concept, with the kitchen diner on the opposite side of the open staircase. In this room, the colour scheme continues with neutral shades and a handsomely crafted hexagonal dining table with seating for six guests.
The kitchen has modern amenities such as an electric oven and hob, a sleek black fridge-freezer, a Nespresso coffee maker, and a sandwich toaster.
The matte red kitchen cabinets provide plenty of stylish storage space.
This floor also has three double bedrooms, all of which have comfortable double beds with crisp white linen, patterned cushions, and contemporary wooden furniture, fixtures, and furnishings. In beautifully spacious rooms with cream tiles and rainfall showers, or white corner baths and shiny black tiled flooring, each room has access to en-suite bath or shower facilities.
The second structure of the Villa consists of a self-contained suite with a double bed, private bathroom, and kitchen.
The open-plan ground floor layout has exposed beams and brickwork, as well as wooden floors.
There is a small kitchen area with the same beautiful red units as the main villa, as well as a shower room with a rainfall shower and a detachable showerhead.
Both buildings have access to the lovely outside yard, which includes bbq facilities and a private pool.
There is a large dining table that seats 8, as well as parasols and sun loungers, which are ideal for relaxing and taking in the spectacular views of olive groves and the sparkling turquoise waters of the Aegean.

Villa is located in Dyo Remata, a village in Pelion's Magnesia region of central Greece.
The town, which has fewer than 50 permanent residents, is near the settlements of Strofilos and Malaki and overlooks the village of Ano Gatzea and the Pagasitikos Gulf.
The Pelion region is a seemingly undiscovered and forgotten corner of Greece, boasting a stunning stretch of coast with sleepy fishing villages and deserted beaches.
Perfect swimming, olive and pine-covered slopes, and picturesque pebble beaches await visitors.
Because of the location, a car is required.
The peninsula curves back from the Aegean Sea towards the mainland, halfway between Athens and Thessakoniki, with the port city of Volos perched on the rim of the bay and Mount Pelion towering above.
It was here that Jason and his Argonauts set sail in search of the golden fleece, where gods and mortals feasted together, and where Paris was asked to choose the most beautiful woman in the world, sparking the Trojan War.
Today, the region is known for its picturesque views and relaxed, tranquil atmosphere, with skiing in the winter and sun and surf in the summer.
There is amazing architecture to admire, local produce to try, and traditional restaurants and cafes to visit.
