This charming holiday home is beautifully situated on the hills between Siena and Arezzo, about 10 km from Monte San Savino. Bordering a forest and close to a small village, it is an ideal location to relax and unwind. Guests can soak up the sun by the pool, and there are many shady seating areas in the small garden as well. On the ground floor guests will find a compact bur welcoming living area with adjacent fully equipped kitchen. There is also one bedroom and bathroom located on this lever. On the first floor there is one further bed and bathroom. From this bedroom guests will be able to access an east facing terrace. Should you wish to swap a meal in for a night out, you will find a great restaurant in the close-by Palazzuolo that will serve local specialities; a worthy destination for a walk as well. The house is, besides its utterly private location, centrally placed for trips to Arezzo, Siena and into the Chianti area. The access road is unpaved.Please note: one of the double beds is circular in shape.
