The Threshing Barn is a charming, detached cottage resting on the outskirts of Okehampton in Devon. There is one king-size bedroom in the property, offering both a sitting area and a balcony, served by a wetroom, sleeping a total of two guests. On the ground floor is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside you will find off-road parking for two cars, as well as a lawned and patio garden with furniture, woodlands and a shared, outdoor swimming pool. The Threshing Barn is a wonderful abode from which to spend quality time with your loved one in Devon.

Amenities: Oil fired central heating and underfloor heating downstairs. Wood fired range cooker with electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, Smart TV with DVD player, selection of DVDs and books, and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 1.8 miles. Please note: The pool is not heated and is only available from the last week in May until the end of September. Opening hours of the pool are 9-11am and 4-7pm. The indoor sauna is also available at these times only
