Description

Located within the sleepy town of S'Algar, this stylish and contemporary villa offers a harmonious blend of modern architecture and warm, homely features. Furnished in a modern style throughout, guests can relax in this luxury setting, a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of day to day lives.

The villa itself is set over two levels, with outdoor spaces on both floors that gently tie the building into the surrounding nature. The entire property is designed with your comfort in mind, with mod-cons and furnishings that make each element of the house feel warm and welcoming. With every room opening out to the terrace or balcony, there is a constant connection to the outdoors, and the indoors is flooded with light, creating a bright, elegant atmosphere throughout.

Within the villa, there are three, spacious double bedrooms, each with comfy double beds, ample storage for your belongings and access out to the terrace or balcony. Each of the rooms has a different colour pallet, with warm tones adding a homely atmosphere to the bedrooms, making it easy to settle in, enjoying time alone or as a couple within your own space.

The ground floor is occupied by the main living area, space where everyone can come together and spend quality time in one room. The whole open-plan space is bright and airy, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open the room out onto the terrace, naturally combining indoor and outdoor living. The stylish kitchen is well-equipped for your use, although with various local restaurants just a walk away, we understand if you take a break from cooking and dine out on some local delicacies!

Outdoors, the first-floor terrace is fitting for long, leisurely meals, cocktails in the sunshine and gazing out to the sea on the horizon. Downstairs, the main terrace boasts a fabulous private swimming pool, where you dip your feet or enjoy a swim to cool off on hot summer days. Designed perfectly for al-fresco living, Villa Pacho Sol invites you to soak in the sunshine, rest and restore, leaving behind any stress from home and settling in to a completely relaxed, holiday mood.

#### Location
The Balearic island of Menorca is the quieter, unspoilt version of its big sisters Majorca and Ibiza.

While it is partly known for its traditional summer fiestas, which take place in different towns around the island all summer long (with origins dating back to the 14th century!), it's really the place for those who enjoy a calmer, slower pace of life.

Aside from its traditional fiestas, Menorca is better visited for its white-sand bays such as Pregonda and Cala Macarella, clear, turquoise water and more gentle activities like walking, cycling or horse-riding. With a coastline punctuated by beautiful coves and a landscape awarded the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve status, strewn with ancient stone monuments and an estimated 70,000km of dry-stone walls, this is an island for the nature lovers, and anyone looking for a little rest and relaxation.

S'Algar itself is a beautiful white-washed town, perfect for low-key days and laid-back nights, best suited to those who are looking to escape the hustle and bustle. Nestled in the south-east corner of Menorca, close to the bustling town of Punta Prima and a short drive from the island's capital of Mahon, this is the perfect location for exploring the island.

S'Algar was one of the first purpose-built resorts on the island, yet it still maintains its sleepy, fishing village roots. This is one of the most popular spots for diving and snorkelling on the island.
