Description

Casa Fasola is a traditional Puglian trullo which has been carefully extended and modernised to create a bright and airy holiday home. Located in the countryside outside of Cisternino, this property is ideally positioned between three main towns (Cisternino, Locorotondo and Martina Franca) and serves as a perfect base from which to explore the local area. The villa itself is nestled amongst fields and farmland, and has its own manicured gardens of shrubs, herbs and trees lined with old stone walls. At the end of a gravel pathway is a private pool terrace complete with shaded seating area perfect for watching in the children in the pool, enjoying a good book or an evening aperitif. Inside, the living accommodation is split across two separate dependences each with its own kitchen. In the main house you will find a bright open plan dining and kitchen area, the master bedroom with ensuite and a further twin bedroom and family bathroom. Next door in a separate annex there is a living area and kitchette plus an additional ensuite double bedroom. Patio doors lead outside onto an open terrace, where there is a large dining table for all the family to sit and enjoy home cooked meals on the barbecue or, alternatively, the nearby town of Cisternino is famous for its Macellerias (a butcher’s shop come restaurant) and there are plenty to choose from!
