Villa AuraPine, surrounded by enchanted gardens with pine trees, flowers, shrubs and prickly pears, is located in the sought after area of Agia Pelagia. The beach of Psaromoura is just 1.5 km away and the villa offers stunning views over the sea. The grounds surrounding the villa offer total privacy to the property, with no other villas overlooking, therefore are the perfect retreat for families looking for a relaxing holiday under the Cretan sun. With a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large lounge, Villa Aura Pine can sleep up to 8 to 10 guests. Villa Aura Pine is fully air-conditioned and is set over 3 floors. The lower floor has indipendent entrance and features a double bedroom, a lounge with double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with bathtub. The 2 floors above are occupied by the "main house". Outside, the villa has extensive grounds with sunbathing terraces and unobstructed views to the sea. The private pool measures 8m x 4m (depth 1.4m) and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and parasols, as well as an outdoor shower. A brick built barbecue with outdoor dining area is also available as is private parking within the grounds.
