Country house n.1: ground floor composed of a living room area with loggia and spacious covered veranda with wood burning oven, barbecue, professional kitchen (the use of the kitchen is possible in the presence of the caretakers only who live in an apartment with independent entrance above the kitchen), five living rooms with sofas and armchairs, three toilets, two recreational rooms (room with Wii and PlayStation, room for board games and cards), fitness room, outdoor patio. A short flight of stairs leads to the covered terrace on the first floor, where you will find two apartments (interconnecting on request). First apartment: double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub, bathroom with shower, access to the outdoor terrace.
