With three bedrooms (two double, one twin), plus a family bathroom, and shower room, the property accommodates six people. There is also a beautifully fitted kitchen, large sitting/dining area and delightful south facing lounge with a large window and French doors leading out to the garden. Outside is a lovely lawn, and a south facing sun terrace with table, chairs, and a barbeque – plus parking for two cars. Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens.
