Location: About 45 km from Urbino, one of the most important art cities in the Marche region and ancient University city, 45 km Gubbio, a pearl of the Umbria region. 27 km Città di Castello, 60 km Arezzo and about 70 km the Adriatic Sea with sandy beaches (Fano), easily reachable in an hour’ s drive (dual carriageway). 5 km various shops and a supermarket, in a 5 km radius there are some restaurants and pizzerias.
