This sprawling luxury villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood just 2km from Cascais, a beautiful coastal resort only half an hour's drive from Lisbon. Surrounded by lush vegetation and boasting an attractive landscaped garden of its own, you'll feel in your very own Portuguese paradise here at Moradia Birre.

As you enter this stunning villa, you'll immediately appreciate its attention to design, with a sprawling open plan living space, boasting an elegant mixture of finishes from traditional wood to polished stone, all with an unrivalled attention to detail. And with a huge modern kitchen, dining table and a large contemporary seating area looking out through a wall of French windows, flooding the entire room with natural light, you will not be disappointed.

Also on ground level you'll find three of the five breath-taking bedrooms, sleeping between ten and twelve guests. With immaculate stone floors, dizzying high ceilings and stylish features, you'll love to relax in these designer spaces. One features an equally sophisticated en-suite and there is another shared bathroom for your convenience. A further bedroom can be found on the garden level along with a playroom and additional kitchen. However the jewel in the crown really is the master suite on the first floor, offering guests a secluded haven, with en-suite and private balcony, in which to retreat to at the end of a long day in the Algarve sun.

The exterior at Moradia Birre is a delightful oasis of tranquillity, full of local flora and fauna, offering plenty of hideaway corners to find some shaded peace and quiet. A large enticing 10mx3m pool and Jacuzzi take centre stage, and with a fantastic summer lounge and separate dining area you'll barely want to stray from its parameters. #### Location
Situated on Lisbon's beautiful coastline, the delightful Portuguese fishing town of Cascais remains this area's most popular holiday destination. Historically a small fishing town, it grew in popularity after King Luis I chose it as his summer retreat between 1938 and 1989. Since then it has remained the playground of high society and leaves a magnificent footprint of traditional Portuguese charm, decorative 19th century architecture and fantastic tourist facilities.

The meandering cobbled streets of the old town offer up some real delights, with a variety of designer boutiques, delicious family run fish restaurants and some buzzing nightlife. Add to that a modern vibrant marina, a plethora of museums and the romantic ruins of a Moorish castle and you'll be spoiled for choice wondering around this delightful town.

Beach life here is varied, so there is something for everyone. From the wild rugged surfing beaches of Serra da Sintra to the north, to the family friendly calmer beaches such as Guincho Beach to the west. You'll find surfing, sailing, windsurfing and kite surfing all at your fingertips in this area, so if simply sunning yourself on the golden sandy beaches isn't enough, you'll be well looked after.

Other activities you may like to try in the area include golf - with several world-class golf clubs in the region, cycling, and running along the shoreline path. Or perhaps some day trips to Lisbon, Sintra, Mafra, Ericeira and Praia das Macas, all of which are easily accessible by public transport. Whatever you choose to do, you won't be short of ideas in this outstanding holiday resort.
